Sunrise Village

This 95,000 SF neighborhood center is anchored by Safeway in the affluent Catalina Foothills area north of Tucson, with a strong mix of retailers including Pacific Dental, Chipotle, WaFd Bank and others. We expanded Safeway and made additional improvements that have helped establish Sunrise Village as the dominant center in a supply-constrained market.
