Prior to joining BG Ventures, Paul held investment and real estate finance roles with The Carlyle Group, Walker & Dunlop, and J.P. Morgan, where he gained extensive experience in acquisitions, capital markets, underwriting, and complex real estate transactions across multiple asset classes.

Paul earned a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and received his Bachelor of Science from Vanderbilt University, graduating cum laude.

In addition to his professional work, Paul serves as a Foundation Board Member for Children's National Hospital, reflecting his commitment to supporting organizations that strengthen the communities they serve.
