As Co-Founder of BG Ventures, Neal leads the firm's investment strategy, acquisitions, and asset management initiatives. His extensive institutional real estate background and disciplined investment approach help guide the firm's long-term vision and portfolio performance.

Before co-founding BG Ventures, Neal served as Managing Director and Investment Committee member at GEM Realty Capital, where he played a key role in growing the firm to more than $2.5 billion in assets under management. Earlier in his career, he was a Partner at JMB Realty, building a foundation of experience across acquisitions, investment strategy, and portfolio management.

Neal earned his Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, graduating at the age of 23, and received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Arizona, graduating magna cum laude.
