We converted an office complex into a 282,500 SF life science center. At the time BGV sold the property in 2022, the buildings were fully leased to several life science companies, all of which were headquartered at the property. Each space included a combination of offices, lab facilities, and technical areas, such as clean rooms, GMP manufacturing, and lab storage.
