As Co-Founder of BG Ventures, David leads the firm's investment strategy, acquisitions, and development initiatives. With decades of experience in commercial real estate, he has built a reputation for identifying opportunities, creating long-term value, and leading complex projects from acquisition through execution.

Prior to co-founding BG Ventures, David served as Managing Partner at Westcor Partners, where he led major capitalization and acquisition efforts, including one of the largest hotel financings in the United States. His experience spans investment strategy, development, capital markets, and long-term portfolio growth.

David earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he served on the Editorial Board of the Law Review, and received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Arizona, graduating summa cum laude.

Beyond his professional career, David has remained deeply committed to civic leadership and community service. His board and leadership roles have included serving as Chair of the Arizona Water Authority after being appointed by Governor Doug Ducey, as well as leadership and advisory positions with the Phoenix Thunderbirds, National Bank of Arizona, The Nature Conservancy, and as an Honorary Commander with the United States Air Force.
