Carefree 60 Community

This 20 acre property, adjacent to our Carefree 60 Medical Plaza, had been vacant land for decades, primarily due to opposition from neighbors. We successfully earned community support to change the City General Plan, obtained zoning approval for a residential community and sold the lots to a regional homebuilder.
